    Duties include:

    With the Primary Educational Director, plan and implement weekly and daily training program for Assistant and Intern staff.

    Keeping up to date on all WACs and DCYF licensing requirements. Implementing and updating items to stay in compliance including planning and implementing regularly scheduled fire drills.

    Assist Educational Director with PNMA, Early Achiever’s and AMS Accreditation.

    Assist with yearly classroom inventories and new orders.

    Communicate with staff and parents regarding Kindergarten visits, Toddler move-ups, and new student Meet & Greets.

    Attend Head Teacher meetings to assist in taking notes and distributing them to attendees.

    Events for Primary including Kindergarten visits, toddler transitions, book fair, teacher appreciation, and carnival. Assist with set-up for curriculum nights, Open Houses, etc

    Back-up phone coverage when necessary.
