Event Facilitators:

Building a thriving community requires Embracing Equity. We help you cultivate equitable mindsets, relationships, policies, and procedures that ensure everyone's potential is nurtured and every person feels valued and included. Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) are not just checkboxes, but essential components of a thriving community.

Dr. Nicole Evans, former principal of City Garden Montessori Public Charter School, has spent 27 years championing transformative education. As a leader in Montessori education, she was pivotal in creating antiracist, inclusive learning environments. Now, as Senior Director of Leadership at Embracing Equity, she empowers schools and organizations to foster equity and dismantle systemic barriers through equity-centered leadership and organizational development.

Carly Riley, a former director of a nationally accredited Montessori teacher training program, has dedicated her career to shaping inclusive, antiracist learning environments. With extensive experience as a Public Montessori educator, coach, and consultant, she now brings her expertise to Embracing Equity, where she empowers educators to advance racial and social justice in schools.
