Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders—from parents and staff to board members and community partners.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure and to effectively solve complex problems. You should be resourceful, proactive, and able to think critically.
