Cascadia School seeks an Upper Elementary Guide for the 2026-2027 school year. The Upper Elementary Guide will join our Elementary Program, which consists of three Lower Elementary Classrooms, two Upper Elementary Classrooms, and a Middle School.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, AMI Elementary diploma, or AMS (EL II)

State teaching license (preferred)

Prefer experience as a Lead Guide (or Assistant), either lower or upper elementary

Understand a diverse range of learning styles.

Collaborate with others

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills,

Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.

The salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000. This is an exempt, full-time, salaried position. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, with occasional evening and weekend events throughout the school year.
