Haggard Childcare Resources is hiring a Lead Infant Teacher (children 3-18 months of age) to join one of our eight beautiful school communities for the current school year.

We are looking for a passionate, child-centered educator who loves and respects infants and believes in supporting the whole child. This is a wonderful opportunity to lead your own classroom with autonomy while being supported by a well-established, mission-driven organization.

What You’ll Do:

-Lead and manage an infant classroom with up to 9 infants and a 1:3 ratio

-Prepare and maintain a beautiful, engaging learning environment

-Support each child’s academic, social, and emotional development

-Partner with families and colleagues to build a strong school community

Qualifications:

-Training on how to work with infants specifically (Montessori, RIE, or other respect-based curriculum)

-AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field

-Ability to work respectfully and compassionately with a diverse community

-A sense of humor, humility, and professionalism

-Must meet all Washington State licensing requirements (TB test, MMR immunization, background check, etc.)
