Three Tree Montessori School is seeking a dedicated and passionate AMI-trained Primary Guide to join our thriving community beginning in August 2025. What We’re Looking For:

AMI Montessori Primary diploma (or in the process of completing)

Strong communication and collaboration skills

A heart for working with children and a commitment to the Montessori philosophy

A desire to contribute to a positive, team-oriented school culture

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $50,000–$70,000

Healthcare benefits including medical, vision, dental, life, and long-term disability

Retirement plan

Paid Time Off (10 days annually)
