Program Details

Mosaic Montessori is a half-day Preschool through 3rd grade program serving children aged 2.5 to 9 years, following a Montessori/RIE philosophy.

Class Size: Small groups with a 1:7 teacher-to-child ratio

Schedule: Full-time position, Monday through Thursday (7:45 AM – 4:30 PM) with Fridays as a half day

Position Overview

We are seeking innovative Montessori teachers who can think outside the box and adapt to teaching in a variety of settings—be it in nature or the classroom. Your role will include:

Supervising and engaging children in a dynamic learning environment

Maintaining a clean and organized classroom

Implementing the Montessori/RIE curriculum with creativity and care

Qualifications

Required: Montessori Certificate

Preferred: Washington State Teacher Certification
