Description: Primary Program Coordinator 

Pacific Crest School, located in Seattle, WA, is seeking exceptional candidates with an AMI Primary diploma to serve as our Primary Program Coordinator. The Coordinator will support our four primary classrooms and Aftercare programs by managing Primary level staff hiring, providing guidance and mentorship to primary guides and classroom assistants; occasionally substituting in the classroom; and leading and coordinating parent education and communication to support parents in extending the Montessori experience into the family and into Elementary. These duties will entail collaboration with Primary Teachers, the Primary Aftercare Manager, school administration, and perhaps with parent volunteer coordinators. We are seeking enthusiastic, collaborative applicants with a minimum of six years experience as a primary guide, who are passionate about Montessori education, promoting diversity, supporting inclusion, celebrating belonging and who are self-motivated and easily take initiative. Excellent communication skills are required, a strong sense of organization is expected and a keen interest and proficiency in writing is necessary.
