In our early childhood classroom, Spark Studio, we use the Montessori philosophy to create an environment that empowers children to work independently and experience the joy of self-discovery. Here, learners engage in hands-on Montessori work, self-directed activities, practical life skills, and collaborative play. We are a community of lifelong learners—parents, children, and guides alike.

We are seeking a Co-Lead Montessori Guide who is ready to help transform education and inspire young learners.

Position Description:

As the co-lead Montessori Guide, you will lead a studio of learners ages 5-7. Your role will be to create a Montessori environment that fosters child-led learning, introducing learners to appropriate materials and setting up activities that support their natural desire to gain knowledge and skills. You will integrate Montessori principles with the Hero’s Journey narrative to help learners discover their deep passions and inspire them to use their gifts to serve others in meaningful ways.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a Montessori-trained Guide with a deep curiosity about life, a love for lifelong learning, and an entrepreneurial mindset (must thrive in a startup environment).

You should be on your own Hero’s Journey—intentionally pursuing personal dreams while overcoming obstacles along the way.

You are someone who loves to experiment, evaluate, and improve everything you do.

You have a deep respect for children and empathy for the challenges they face in life.

Most importantly, you believe that every child has genius within.

Requirements:

- Montessori Certification for Elementary I (ages 6-9) is required.

- Must be authorized to work in the US.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
