Responsibilities...
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate infant environment based on the Montessori philosophy
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs and interests
- Facilitate activities that promote literacy education, physical education, and early intervention
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a safe and productive learning environment
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support the holistic development of each child
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians
Skills...
- Strong knowledge of Montessori principles and practices
- Experience in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and understanding of child development
- Familiarity with state regulations and licensing requirements, team building and management
