Description: The position of an ECE Lead Teacher is responsible for providing an educational and nurturing learning environment that meets the developmental needs of children and ensures their safety in the classroom.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor the educational, recreational, and rest activities of children, ensure children are always supervised, maintain an overview of the class using the right language, work as a guide to provide age-appropriate works and projects, track the progress and lessons of Montessori materials in Transparent Classroom, comforts, and nurture children.
- Ensure children arrive and depart appropriately and safely, maintain records of children’s daily activities which may include incident/accident reports, medication logs, sign-in/out sheets, etc. conduct emergency procedures, including child safety drills, assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for children, keep supplies available and filled on the shelf for the children.
- Communicate effectively and positively with staff, attend staff meetings and professional development trainings, participate in parent education programs and other classroom activities, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
