Description: Three Tree Montessori School seeks a AMI-Trained Primary Guide to join our community for the 2024-2025 school year.

Three Tree is a beautiful and bright Toddler through Upper Elementary AMI recognized school located 15 minutes south of downtown Seattle in the scenic Pacific Northwest. Our school offers a community of deeply committed and experienced educators committed to the highest Montessori standards and fully equipped learning environments with extensions to the outdoors for all levels. It is common for someone to walk through our doors and feel like this school is where they belong.

Our ideal candidate is a positive person who holds an AMI Primary Montessori Diploma, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, has Montessori classroom experience, embraces professional teamwork and collaboration, and brings a kind spirit to the important work of building relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Salary range is $50-60K. Benefits currently include healthcare benefits (medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and long-term disability insurance), retirement benefits, and PTO of 10 days.
