Description: Harbor Montessori School is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Head of School to join our school community. The Associate Head of School (AHOS) is primarily responsible for ensuring mission consistency across HMS along with the Head of School (HOS). The AHOS works with the HOS, staff, and teachers to develop, implement, and supervise curriculum and educational programs that meet the expectations of the school’s mission and vision within a high-fidelity Montessori school. This position directly supervises the teachers and the administrative staff in conjunction with the Head of School.
