Description: The PCM founding team is seeking a Montessorian who possesses a deep drive to bringing high-fidelity Montessori to the public sector and is committed to leading by example to grow a program that will serve as an instrument of change helping to progress our education system to better meet the needs of students, families, and educators. Our job description can be viewed on our website or here. We have a 100% return rate for our Guide’s and nearly the same for our IA’s with the exception of 1 who has to relocate.
