EVENT REGISTRATION GUIDELINES:

Click on the event name or on "Event Details" to see all info and links for one event.  This info is included in event announcements by email to members and contacts.

Click the "Register" button for any event that is open for registration.  Follow the steps to set up your contact and payment for the event.

We have streamlined our registration to be completed online.  This assures your inclusion on our roster and simplifies your entry to the event.  We are a completely volunteer driven organization, and we have set up our event registration process to make the most of our online convenience for all participants. 

Registration Fees are set up for both Public and Member attendance.

Each member registers on a personal profile with a unique e-mail address.

  • Membership Activation with your online payment requires a brief lag time for the confirmation of payment before your account is active.
  • To register at the member rate, confirm your membership and update your profile.  Your unique e-mail address is necessary for online activity on this site. Membership is renewed annually.

  • Just log on to the website with your name and an individual e-mail address and conduct all business with PNMA online.  Your credit card payment is secure with Paypal.

  • You will follow a few simple steps to provide your contact information, STARS #, and payment.  You can print your receipt and you will be on our record as paid for the event.

  • If either your membership or event registration are not paid online you will receive an e-mail reminder to make your payment by the registration deadline before the event.

  • We will not be able to accommodate walk-in or day-of registration requests so please keep that in mind and register early! If you have any difficulty with payment online, you must be on our roster at entry and bring payment to check-in by either cash or check to PNMA.
  • When a printable Registration Form is provided for mailing, print it out and send it to the address on the form with payment by stated closing date.

Student/Interns:  We continue to offer interns a one year discount on membership.  Each event will have a member rate and some will offer an intern rate as well.

Cancellation:  Cancellations before the on-line registration closes are eligible for a refund minus a handling fee of $10.  We plan to set a closing date about one week before each event.  To cancel your registration you would contact the Event Coordinator.

Professional Credits: Each event is registered for MERIT credits which are tracked on our member profiles and by certificates provided at the event.  CLOCK HOURS are provided with PSESD through registration at the event.

STARS Reimbursement:  Reimbursements are available to all Washington state residents and employees who are required to participate in STARS.  You are encouraged to submit a Reimbursement Application.  Get more info on our DEL STARS & MERIT tab.

Clock Hours: Teachers with a WA State certificates who need to acquire Clock Hour credits have options for our events with Puget Sound Educational Service District PSESD forms. PNMA events will be reported to this site.
